Heat & A/C blower
97 Buick LeSabre :yes I have a multmeter, I have check connection to the motor and fuse box and back to what looks like the relay, also check the aux battery cable, still on and off blower function

Try direct power to the blower motor from the battery-if it comes on-check and test the blower motor relay, resistor and blower switch
