I get nervous pumping it full of gas, let alone spending a couple of bills on O2 sensors. Reasonably probable that this will solve the problem?
Resetting adaptations?

I am going to guess that your question is "Will resetting the adaptations resolve the issue (as yet undetermined) I am having with my 1997 328i BMW that has 325k miles?" Now with that out of the way, what are you attempting to resolve?
