Lately, my car has been shutting off on me out of nowhere. The first time, I was on the highway at about 70 MPH, and that day it shut off 3 times. After connecting the battery tighter, I drove over 80 miles with no problems! My car sat for about 2 months and I started driving it again yesterday. Since yesterday, last night it shut off completely and today just the engine shut off but the lights and radio stayed on and the power steering went out!

I also have a problem with my brake lights staying on when shutting my car off, I don't know if that correlates.

Please help!!! thank you
