I have noticed on occasion when traveling up a slight grade at speeds of 45-50 the truck makes a bumping noise as if the wheels were slipping on ice and then hitting dry road. not loud just a slight bump ---the rmp do not drop and rise much- is this a trnsmission problem?

i have checked the fluid and it was a little low - i added the recommended fluid but i still noticed the occasional noise.
