Cranks but wont start!

Hi, I have a 1996 toyota camry 4 cylinder 2.2 l. I recently overhauled the engine and it was running fine until I parked it for 4 months. I replaced the battery and have tried starting it but it just sits there an cranks. I have checked for spark (it has it), fuel (the pump is working fine and it gets to the rail with no problem) and all of the relays. STILL NOTHING! I checked the crank position sensor and the bolt had come out, so I replaced it thinking that that would solve my problem. It hasn't. It sounds good when it cranks, but I'm not getting any sputtering or indication that there is combustion. Any help would be great!

I checked - no codes thrown. I'll check fuel pressure.
Any other recommendations?

alos if you can take the palm of your hand smack the fueltank on the bottom or a rubber hammer if it starts you know it's the fuel pump
