Subaru Legacy Noise Problem
When backing up I hear a noise that sounds like it is coming from the back tires, what could cause the noise? maybe wrong size tires?

Noises comes in different categories and without understand the type of noise, we won't be able to make any comments. It could be the brake pads wear indicator.
