1996 Rover 2 Series Repair Question

Please help
I have a rover 214, 1.4, the immobilizer seems to have stuck on is there a way i can disable it?

You need to take it to the dealer to have them scan the system and see what is causing the problem. They are the only ones that will have the proper equipment.
