1996 Pontiac Trans Am Repair Question

I have a 96 Trans Am that ran out of gas and wouldnt start. We have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, ignition module, optispark and coil and it STILL wont start!

Are you getting both fuel and spark to the engine?
