1996 Pontiac Firebird Car will not start

I was driving down the road and it had a bad miss so I was taking it home to change the ignition coils spark plugs and wires when it started to be very sluggish and then stalled out I tried to start the engine again and no luck do I changed the ignition coils spark plugs and wires and still no luck what else is there

So do you have spark?What is your actual fuel pressure?

I do Have fir and fuel the gauge is reading about 45 with key on and when you try to start it hits about 53

Im 90% sure its the optispark, if code 16 comes up on the scanner, its def the opti, and its a PITA to change, lol
