My tensioner pulley is worn out, wont keep belt tight anymore. Do I have to replace the assembly or can I just replace the pulley?

Depends on what's worn out. If the spring-loaded arm is rusted tight, you need the assembly. If the bearing in the pulley is sloppy, you just need that pulley but you may only be able to get it with the arm.
