How can I get some heat in my car

My car heater wont work I have installed a water pump thermostat heater code new anti freeze it still blow luke warm what am I doing wrong?

Are the heater hoses hot under the hood? If yes your blend door is stck. Heater valve inline on your heater hoses should be hot on both sides of valve if not valve is not working
