Oldsmobile Aurora Wiring Problem

Passenger rear brake light is dim.possible short.how do i get to the rear wiring harness for back lights?

TRIED REPLACING THE BULBS. STILL DIM. THE MARKER LIGHT WAS ALSO BLINKING FOR SOME REASON. I REALLY NEED TO GET TO THE HARNESS. THANKS :>0
