why cant i shift into 2nd 4th or reverse?

My car shifts into 1st 3rd and 5th but not the others I can't shift into them when the car is off or on even when I'm pressing on the clutch, plus the 1st gear is loud on take off and when Im in 3rd the stick moves up when my footsteps off the brake then****** back when I press the gas.

check to see if there is any fluid in it first then try moving in gear with engine off and car stopped. you may have a syncro or linkage problem. if it does it with engine off then it's more than likely an internal problem but check the fluid first.
