Car runs great at 4000rpm but on accelerating up to 4500rpm engine surges with rpm dropping back to 4000 and going back to 4500 car would not increase speed have to drop back to 4000rpm for it to work good.need to know why it is not going to 4500rpm.Please note motor was changed from one obtained at junk yard.
