Where is the thermostat located at on 96 nissan maxima?

Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain engine and radiator coolant.
Remove lower radiator hose, then the water inlet, Fig. 19.
Remove thermostat from thermostat housing.
Reverse procedure to install.
