The fan for my heat/AC has 4 speeds, however 1, 2 & 3 don't work but 4 does. Is it the switch or what?

Its in the outside a/c case. It has a harness to it. Put the fan on high and when you unplug it the fan will stop. Remove it you will see 4 resistors on it.
