96 nissan maxima cant get it started replaced fuel filter knock sensor camshaft sensor crank shaft sensors harmonic balancer and starter and now im getting code 0803 what do I do?

I know what it means its not that hard to search it but thats not going to cause it not to start I need to figure out how to get it started!

Are you getting spark and the correct fuel pressure and also are the injectors pulsing?

Yeah im getting spark and the injector in pulsing and we just tested our pump and its fine
