1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse Repair Question

Eclipse cranks but doesn't start forgot to mention had prior electrical issues
Why won't my 96 eclipse start it ran fine until one day I turned it off and it never turned back on. Engine is good I'm leaning towards electrical issue. What do I do? Fuel pump whirrs on when I turn ignition on but no pressure at the fuel rail! Any ideas please??

you should have pressure at rail pump may be bad.or clogged filter. what engine is it? it shold be 47-50 psi without vacuum at idle.

No gas comes out when I depress the pin in the valve. It's a non turbo dohc 2.0 can the filter cause it to stop running after I shut it off for twenty mins ?

if it's completely clogged, but you may have a bad pump you should have thespec i gave you
