It will not shift into any gear when the car is actually started it just stays in Park and will not shift out, but if I have the key in the on position without actually having the car started I can shift it into any gear I wish but it will only start when put in neutral. after the car is started in neutral I can change it to drive and the rest of the gears seem to work fine once this is done but the problem starts right back up after I put the car in park and attempt to change gears when the car is actually started. Could this be the linkage?
