The most common thing for an intermittent leak is the water pump, but someone is going to have to actually look to see where the coolant is coming from. If it's hard to tell, a pressure test can be done or a small bottle of dye can be added. After some leaking has occurred, you search with a black light. The dye will show up as a bright yellow stain that you can follow back to he source of the leak.
