Cant remove hud nut from spindle

Cant remove hud nut from spindle, need to replace bearings. The passenger side came off easy.I unpinched the bolt and purchase a 1/2 inch husky pro impact wrench. It is capable of 550 ft. Lbs of torque, air consumption 4.5 cfm and a compressor that produces 4.5 cfm@90 psi and the bolt want break. My car is a1996 mazda protege 1.5 dx.

The nut has seized. Sprsy some rust penetrant around the edges of the nut. Reinstall the brakes if they had been removed.
Get someone to stomp on the brakes while you use the impact wrench to loosen the nut.

If above fails, reinstall the wheel and lower wheel to ground. Has assistant stomp on brakes while you use a breaker bar to loosen.
