1996 Mazda Miata Repair Question

Wont start
1996 Mazda Miata
Just stoped running
no fire at plugs. Pluged scanner up and it said not
communicating. The scanner is good. Tryed again
same thing.

Have you checked the fuses?
At diagnostic link connector, check for battery voltage at terminal # 16.
