Mazda b3000 Clutch Problem

(v6 5speed)as I'm either down shifting to slow down or stop ( or even as i just step on clutch it makes a high sound almost like its idleing high, My dad said to check the trans oil underneith it as low (in the fill area) so i put some in, it seemed fine for a couple of days then went back to doing it, i checked the oil underneith again and this time it had oil... I hope i dont need a new clutch? lost right now.

If the noise occurs only when the clutch pedal is depressed, the cause should be the clutch release (throw-out) bearing.
