1996 Lincoln Continental Repair Question

Having issues my car its not firing but cranking and coils are still good

I have a 96 Lincoln's continental with a 4.6 fuel injected.. my problem is that I'm not getting any power to the coil packs and my coils are still good...

Main issue is not getting power to the coils packs

Power is supplied via the Red/Light Green wire by fuse # 11 (10 A) in undrdash fuse box.
