Car stops moving
I have a 1996 Lexus LS400. My problem is when I first take off the car moves but when I stop at a light or stop sign it wont move. Please give me some ideas on what the problem might be before I take it to the shop

Check the transmisison fluid level.
Get a scan done to retrieve for trouble codes and let me know the EXACT code if any found.
