1996 Kia Sephia Repair Question

Kia Sephia Tire Problem
Same day had a flat, got the drivers rear tire changed and ever since when i drive and need to brake there is a loud knocking noise only while braking by the drivers rear tire . Not forsure why its knocking and definitely Not sure if its safe to drive

Check the tire lug nut torquing.
