1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Repair Question

Radio Electrical problem, have tried everything please help!
My jeep radio does not work. It's wired correctly to the harness. I believe it's internal, any ideas?

If you have exhausted all ideas and there is 12 volts getting to the radioe and it is not responding, it is most certainly internal.
I would reccomend getting a replacement as repair is not available.
