1996 rodeo ob2 wont scan
My engine light is coming on but scan port is not getting power to scan it. it started to missfire bad and not go over 15 mph. engine light has started to flash.

Test all the fuses. One of them powers the connector. Most cars use the lighter fuse.

Use a test light and check pin #16 for power.
