1996 Honda Luxline clucking sound when idle

Replaced cylinder head gasket. At first would not keep idling so found out that timing were our at timing felt. Reset it, clucking sound comes from pulleys and belts area

We dont' have that model in US replace tensioner or put a timing belt kit on it. It may be a valve hit the piston and bent causing noise because was out of time and run.
