1996 Honda Accord Needs jumped

My car will randomly need to be jump started. All that is needed is to touch the cables to another vehicle. This happens like once or twice a month. Sometimes after sitting for days, sometimes after starting and stopping like 6 times in a shopping trip. The battery is only maybe a year old and I have has it tested twice and it is good. I have tried tightening and moving the connector cables but that doesn't make a difference. Just sometimes I come out from a site and when I go to start it up, the dash lights come on but turning the key does nothing. No clicking. I don't know where to start replacing to fix this problem. Help!
