My wheels skweek really loud when I turn them. When I took my wheel off, the boot from the rack and pinion was ripped and I could actually touch the rack. Do you know what is making the sweeky noise?

Gonna have to hold your computer closer to the car so we can hear it better. Have it inspected at a tire and alignment shop. There are aftermarket replacement bellows boots for the rack and pinion assembly, but those rarely make noise. Lower ball joints, lower control arm bushings, and upper strut mounts are the most common causes of noises.
