Whats up
Idles at 2 2and a half rpms instead of 1 1 half

Make sure the throttle-valve closes. Clean the throttle-body and check the iac. Possible vacuum leak? Any applicable trouble codes? Something could be requesting a higher idle, like hvac? There could be other requests concerning the idle, hard to tell from here.
