how do I replace the rear bearings in a 1996 gmc suburban

Pull cover off diff. then remove pinion pin careful not to turn axle or gears will fall out. slightly push axle inward remove "C" clip then slide out axle. then use slide hammer and bearing puller to remove. then install new bearing and seal with appropiate driver.
