I REMOVED & RE-ATTACHED THE BATTERY TO REPLACE A HEAD LAMP, AFTER RE-ATTACHING THE BATTERY THE ENGINE WOUILD NOT TURN OVER & THE DOME & FOG LIGHTS BEGAN FLASHING ON & OFF EVEN WHEN I REMOVED THE KEY, I CHECKED ALL THE FUSES WHICH WERE ALL GOOD, I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WHEN WRONG OR WHY, BUT TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I FOUND I WAS ABLE TO START THE ENGINE BY REMOVING THE 50 AMP IGNITION (B) FUSE BUT WHEN IT WAS PUT BACK IN PLACE THE SAME PROBLEM WOULD OCCUR, IF I LEFT THE FUSE OUT I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY POWER TO MY WINDOWS, HEATER, OR RADIO, SO I NOW AT THIS POINT STILL DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING OR HOW TO FIX IT SO UNTIL I KNOW WHAT TO DO TO FIX IT I HAVE TO OPEN THE HOOD & REMOVE THIS FUSE IN ORDER TO START THE ENGINE & PUT IT BACK IN PLACE TO HAVE POWER IN ALL OTHER AREAS THEN DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN EVERY TIME I TURN OFF & RE-START THE ENGINE.
