Milky goop inside oil cap

There is water when you take the oil cap off you can see water not a lot and this brown gummy stuff all down in the valve cover could this be a bad pcv valve or something in the vacum system a stuck valve or something like that please be nice thank you matt

Is the oil on the dipstick a creamy light brown? As far as the PCV, if it is clogged or stuck, it won't allow air to be drawn from the crank case. As a result, moisture can develope and cause that. However, if the oil is contaminated, it could be that coolant is getting into the engine (bad head gasket, intake leak.)

Head Gasket failure on Ford's 3.8L V6 is, sadly, a common complaint.
