1996 Ford Thunderbird Recently Changed Front Rear Brakes Now Complete Braking

I recently changed the front and rear brakes. But now I don't have complete braking. I go to step on the brake, it slows me down but, then I have to apply a lot of pressure to stop. What do I do?
