1996 Ford Thunderbird Repair Question

1996 Ford Thunderbird lx 4.6
1996 Thunderbird lx Driver's side seat, and car locks will not work (Both electric). Also there is no heat or a/c working.

Have you checked fuses? Have you checked to make sure there is power to the switches? Also, if this all happened at once and the fuses are good, check body grounds to make sure none have rusted or broken.
