Chirping noise?

I had a loud chirping noise coming from my car mostly when I would first crank it up. It usually quits once I'm driving down the road. Replaced the serpentine belt and tension pulley. Didn't help. Mechanic said it was the water pump. Replaced the water pump. Didn't help. Now one mechanic is telling me it's coming from this DIS part that replaced the distributor on the older models. Anyone know what this could be?

LOOK AT THE INNER MOST PART OF YOUR A/C COMPRESSOR PULLEY (THE CLUTCH)

SOMETIMES THEY DRAG

WATCH THE PULLEY SEE IF IT'S IN SYNC WITH THE NOISES

IT SHOULD NOT TURN AT ALL, UNLESS THE A/C OR A HEATER SETTING THAT INCLUDES "DEFROST" IS ON

KEEP US POSTED
