1996 taurus stalling

have a 1996 ford taurus, the service endine lite came on so i ran a scan tool over it and it says both banks are running to lean, the vehicle is stalling when left to idle for more than a few minutes, what do you think would be the problem

inspect PCV valve and its vacuum line
also check for vacuum leaks

Lean fuel condition could be caused by one of the following below:

1.Vacuum leaks
2.EGR and PCV valve.
3.Low fuel pressure.
4.Dirty fuel injectors.
5.Mass Air Flow Sensor.
6.Oxygen Sensor.
