Why won't my 2.3 start after i changed engine

I replaced my 2.3 engine with a lower mileage one,, it will not start, i changed crank sensor, coils, wires..i used my original computer and wiring harness, it does crank over but won't start..i have power to both center wires on coil packs.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first
