My 96 ranger spins over but will not start. truck had aloud pop noise and shut off while driving..towed home. has fuel pressure and i think it has fire-used screw driver in spark plug... pulled timing cover set timing marks and truck started but ran sluggish.. have tore down multiple times thinking timing was off a tooth,but starting to think it is not in the timing.no check engine light on, noticed that the check engine light does not illuminate when turn key on do you have any ideas?
