Warped cylinder head from overheating the engine. Corroded gasket from acids that build up in coolant.

THERE COULD BE SEVERAL CAUSES

HERE'S A FEW

HEAD(S) NOT TORQUED CORRECTLY. WRONG TORQUE. DID NOT USE TIGHTENING SEQUENCE. DID NOT TORQUE IN STEPS

WARPED HEADS RE-INSTALLED WITHOUT PROPER MACHINING

ENGINE OVERHEATED---HEADS WARPED

EXPECTING THE ENGINE TO PERFORM BEYOND THE INTENDED CAPABILITIES IT IS PRESENTLY BUILT FOR
