1996 Ford Falcon Car doesnt start

I was driving on the highway then the car just shut off. I tried to statr again but failed. Try to jump start but failed to start. Gas is ok, oil is ok.

Most likely in the fuel filter, may be letting enough gas to run a little but not keep it running. Does it strat when you try some starting fluid. If so then it is not getting enough gas.
