My car wont start or turn over. Every time i release the ignitions engine start, the power flicks off and on as it makes a clicking noise. This continues for about 10-30 seconds till the power comes right. Now every attempt to start my car results in this problem. Fuses and relays are fine. May be its the starter motor, which doesnt explain the power problem.
