Okay, just went 35.9 miles at varying speeds, 40-60 MPH, and other than the trans shifting a little funny (it doesn't accelerate very well in second gear), it ran fine the whole time, no CEL. I plan on taking it out again after work and putting some serious miles on it to see what it will do. If it runs fine, great, they can come get it. If not... I may send on it on to the Ford dealer. I'll let you know either way!

Gone a total of 105.5 trouble-free miles, I'm calling it fixed. I'm also going to tell the customer if it acts up now, he will have to take it to the dealer.
