You will have to swap everything over from your motor to the donor motor.

Swap what over? I cant just take the motor straight out of the 92 and hook it up in the 96?

No. The 92 is obd 1 controlled and your 96 is ab obd 2 controlled. Thats why you need to transfer over all components
