Battery keeps running down

Battery keeps running down. This pick up has a tommy lift on it. How do I check for a short and where do I start? Dont know thats its the lift. I can charge the batt and run the truck and it will stay charge for a while then i'll get in it and turn the key and dead

I know its not the batt I have replace it many times now recently they cant all be bad but I have not tested the alt. Will do that next and get back to you

It most likely has a draw that is draining the battery. You need to see the parasitic draw and where is it coming from.
