1996 f-150 5 speed manual trans. Truck starts fine, sitting still i can rev engine and it returns to idle and runs and acts normal. Put truck in gear start moving and truck will not return to idle (stays at about 1500 rpm). Idle will not return to normal untill truck comes to a stop. whats up with this? Everything works normal untill the truck is moving.
