My 1996 ford explorer won't start, not even a door chime, battery is good, alternater and solenoid have been replaced, what's the problem?

I'd use a digital multimeter to check battery. The generic spec for a full charge is around 12.6 volts. Battery connections all clean and tight? Will the headlights work? You may need to check for voltage at the fuse box.
