1996 Ford Explorer Repair Question

My vehicle set for over 2 yrs, when the gas got low .We started having problems with it chugging
We put sea foam for gas in it trying to help. But it seems to make it worse. Today it has started to shut off when its first started up if your foot is not kept on the gas.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs-start here
